Dictums and Doctrines are larger in number followed by every Religion and Movement.

Spirituality is clearly different from
Religious thoughts and procedures.
Spirituality is a provable science and it has a  strong Basis on
Anatomy
Physiology and
Total Human structure and its
Stability to live on its OWN.

Spirit of  anything is Basis.
Every Organic structure has its own thoughts and decisions throughout the Living Span.

Religion try to Teach.
Spirituality strive to Learn , Prove and follow.
    So it has Technology ,Machinery and Engineering of yet to be solved
Human Behavior.
    It continues its Research on  :  
1 . Animal Instinct Exposure .            2  .Human status of today.           
 
       Spirituality now focuses its attention  mainly on the following Centres  :
       The Universe and The Globe .
        Individual Household.

    Spirit should decide what is the Best food to live and Secure
Healthy Standard.
